These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Brilliant Qatar LMS website, mobile applications, live classes, tests, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by CREDOZEN LLP. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

If you are under the age of 18, or such higher age as required by applicable law, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the Services.

Brilliant Qatar LMS provides live and recorded online classes, practice tests, study material, performance analytics, mentorship, and an AI-powered doubt-solving assistant for students. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

To access most features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or are used in violation of these Terms.

Enrollment in a course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access that course's content for personal, non-commercial, educational use during the validity period specified at the time of purchase.

Access to live classes, recordings, and downloadable material may be time-bound and is subject to the specific plan you purchase. Sharing your account, login credentials, or course content with anyone else is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

Course fees, subscription prices, and applicable taxes are displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways, and by making a purchase you agree to their applicable terms as well.

Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect courses you have already enrolled in. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to: attempting to cheat on tests or assessments, impersonating any person, uploading harmful or unlawful content, reverse-engineering or scraping our platform, disrupting live classes, or using automated means to access the Services without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates this section, invalidate related test scores or certificates, and, where necessary, pursue legal remedies.

All course content, video lectures, question banks, study material, software, logos, and trademarks available on the platform are the property of CREDOZEN LLP or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any content; you receive only the limited license described in Section 4.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Our AI Tutor and other automated learning tools are designed to support your studies but may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. These tools do not replace guidance from qualified educators, and we recommend verifying critical academic information with your subject faculty.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work hard to ensure accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular exam result or outcome will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CREDOZEN LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including any impact on academic performance or exam results.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to CREDOZEN LLP's place of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
